The Ultra is the ultimate leakproof underwear for men who want protection with comfort and smart technology built in. This innovative design combines a soft, normal looking boxer brief with a detachable, washable pad that locks in leaks, keeping you completely dry and confident all day.
Each pair comes with 3 pads, each holding up to 50ml (150ml total across all three). One pad clips securely into the inside of the pants at a time, right where leaks happen, giving you more capacity than The Active or Everyday without obvious medical styling. Simply swap to a fresh pad when needed, then unclip, wash, reuse and you're back to normal underwear that no one would ever guess is leakproof.
Top Tip: Wash before first wear to activate full absorbency.

How It Works:
The Ultra uses an innovative detachable pad system that gives you leak-proof protection without sacrificing the normal underwear look. Each of the 3 included washable pads (50 ml capacity each) clips securely into the inside positioned exactly where leaks occur most - trapping moisture fast and keeping your outer fabric dry.
The breathable cotton forms the comfortable base layer that looks and feels like standard boxer briefs, while the slim pad design adds targeted absorbency without bulk, crinkling or visible outlines under clothes.
The pads are designed with the male anatomy in mind, ensuring maximum comfort.
This setup handles frequent light-to-moderate leaks and urgency better than built-in styles like The Active or Everyday, delivering bulletproof confidence in a package that passes for everyday underwear in any changing room.
Size & Fit:
Model is 5 ft 9 inches wearing size Medium.
They are boxer briefs and sit mid rise on the waist with a supportive yet relaxed hold through the pouch and leg. The absorbent panel is slim, flexible and sewn in a way that keeps the inside smooth with no bunching.
Frank's Pants run small, so we recommend sizing up. If you are between sizes or prefer a looser fit, always go for the larger option. The fabric moves with your body and adapts to your shape, so once you are in the right size you will have natural comfort and a secure fit from the very first wear.

Material & Care:
Wash before your first wear for best results.
Body: 95% Cotton/ 5% Elastane
Breathable TPU
Middle: 80% Polyester/ 20% Nylon
Lining: 92% Modal/ 8% elastane
For long lasting performance, wash at 30–40°C with similar colours. Avoid fabric softener as it can reduce absorbency over time. Line dry where possible and avoid the tumble dryer to maintain the fabric quality, stretch and performance of the panel.

For hygiene reasons, used pants cannot be returned. If your order arrives damaged or you believe there is a fault, contact us within 30 days and we will make it right. Unworn items in their original condition can be returned or exchanged according to our standard policy.

How much does The Ultra hold?
The Ultra is designed for light-moderate absorbency. It offers our highest level of protection and thanks to the reusable pads, you can stay dry throughout the day. On set includes 3 pads totalling 150ml of coverage.
Will it feel bulky or noticeable?
No. The pads are designed for the male anatomy, it may feel new to begin with but you'll quickly forget you're even wearing them. Plus they look just like normal pants.
Can I wear The Ultra all day?
Yes. The Ultra is designed for long days and extended wear. Many customers choose it for travel work or long shifts.
What size should I get?
